Lansing, Mich., October 22, 2013 — As work is underway to expand the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® headquarters in Lansing, Mich., the largest franchised moving company in the U.S., is pleased to announce the addition of nine new employees.
Jeanie Anello, of Bath Township, Mich., was recently named to franchise marketing manager for Home Office. As franchise marketing manager, Anello is researching and recommending marketing strategies to franchise owners and training franchise owners on various marketing programs through Home Office. She joins TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® from the Lansing State Journal where she was a market development analyst. Anello holds a Master’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and has worked in the marketing and advertising field for 14 years.
Matthew Zbercot, of Omaha, Neb., is the logistics and procurement project manager at Home Office, a brand new position at the company. In his role, Zbercot is responsible for developing a company vision, strategic planning, and project plans for revenue generation. He joins the company from Union Pacific Railroad where he was the operations and procurement director. He has a Master’s degree in human resources management and operations management.
Cait Quinn is the new marketing administrator at Home Office. In her new role, she is responsible for assisting the marketing department with administrative needs as well as providing blog and social media assistance. She graduated spring 2013 from Michigan State University and received her Bachelor’s degree in professional writing. She joins TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® from Team Detroit where she was an intern for the broadcast media department. She resides in Brighton, Mich.
Hannah Conlin, of Saline, Mich., is the new internal communications associate. In her role she will write and edit content for the company extranet and work on various internal communication projects for Home Office. She joins the company from the Sleeping Bear Press where she was an intern. Conlin graduated from Michigan State University spring 2013 where she received her Bachelor’s degree in professional writing.
Katrina Elam is the new project coordinator at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® headquarters. In her new role she will assist with managing projects in the finance, accounting, and IT departments. She joins the company from Auto Owners Insurance where she was a senior business analyst. She graduated from Central Michigan University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics. Elam resides in Lansing, Mich.
David Fritcher, of Holt, Mich., recently started at an application developer in the information technology department. Fritcher will be responsible for improving programs for each franchise and bringing them into the net application which benefits the entire organization. He has been in the IT field for more than two years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science. He joins the company from Greenstone FCS where he was an application developer.
Ryan Thiele is the new application developer at Home Office. In his role he designs and maintains the offline estimator that each franchise utilizes. He’s been in the IT field for nearly 16 years and currently resides Webberville, Mich.
Dena Juday, of Climax, Mich., recently joined the company as an afterhours customer response representative. In her new role she provides customer service for customers across the country after regular business hours. Juday joins TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® from the West Michigan Cancer Center where she worked for three years.
Arika Ford is the new afterhours customer response representative where she provides customer service to customers inquiring about moving services after normal business hours. Ford joins the company from the Lansing School District where she was a specialized instructional assistant with a concentration in literacy. She holds an Associate’s degree in sociology and resides in Lansing, Mich.
