Kefgen, who previously served as administrative assistant in the Corporate Relations Department, now joins the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Licensing Department as the qualifying specialist. She is responsible for handling all initial incoming calls from franchisee prospects, and ensuring that only fully qualified candidates are moved along in the process.
