– Hal McLean, director of information technology for Lansing-based TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, was named 2004 chairman of the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Information and Technology Committee.
The IFA is a membership organization of franchisors, franchisees and suppliers that aims to build and maintain a favorable economic and regulatory climate for franchising. It is the only association serving as the voice for franchising in the United States and is a major participant in the international franchise arena.
Started as an after-school endeavor for two high school boys, the Michigan-based TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise system has grown to become the fifth-largest moving company in the United States with 119 locations in 25 states and over 820 trucks on the road.
