(Lansing, Mich.) – TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. recently hired Melissa Lacinski (left) as the instructional design and development team lead and Denyse Berkeypile (right) as a training and development specialist.
Lacinski, of Jackson, Mich., has more than 11 years experience in training and development. Previously she was a training instructor at Flagstar Bank Corp. and a senior training consultant at LaSalle Bank Corp. Lacinski earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Michigan State University.
Berkeypile, also of Jackson, has more than five years experience in training and development. Previously she was a training specialist at Flagstar Bank Corp. She has a bachelor of arts and science degree in communication/media studies from Western Michigan University.
In her new position, Lacinski is responsible for developing and maintaining day-to-day training operations for the corporate headquarters and the franchise system, including online and instructor-led courses. As training and development specialist, Berkeypile supports new and existing training programs, especially focusing on e-learning.
