(Lansing, Mich.) – TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc., recently hired a new quality control specialist at its corporate headquarters.

Catherine Woodman, of Lansing, Mich., is responsible for ensuring customer service satisfaction and company policies and procedures are followed at the franchise level. She also receives, analyzes and processes all general requests for information by current and potential customers.

Woodman has more than 23 years experience in quality control and customer management. She was previously a contract employee at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/ INTERNATIONAL, Inc. where she assisted with the implementation of a multi-phased Enterprise Resource Program. Prior to that, she was project coordinator for TekSystems.
