Minneapolis, Minn.--TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, a residential and commercial moving company located in Bloomington, is pleased to announce the addition of Kristin Ondracek as director of human resources for the company’s Minnesota franchise locations.

Kristin’s primary responsibilities include serving as the recruitment and hiring manager of each new employee, as well as overseeing corporate benefits and employee relations.

Prior to joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Kristin was employment representative for Fairview Health Services at Fairview Southdale, where she was responsible for employee recruitment in human resources.

Kristin has donated her time and talent as a group facilitator and mentor for Fairview Health Services’ mental health floor, working with children and adolescents. She has also facilitated groups, activities and therapy sessions with injured, autistic and learning disabled patients.

A native of Minnesota, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Psychology from St. Mary’s University. Kristin was born in Blaine, Minnesota, and now resides in Northeast Minneapolis.
