(LANSING, Mich.) – The international headquarters of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has hired Misti Brayton as its human resources manager.

Brayton is responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of human resource activities at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. She will oversee employee compensation, benefits, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance.

Brayton was previously employed as human resources administrator at Delta Dental Plan of Michigan and in various human resource management roles at Republic Bank. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Management Association of Mid-Michigan. Brayton earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 2005.

Brayton earned her bachelor’s degree in management and organizational development at Spring Arbor University. She lives in Holt with her husband, Thayne, and children, Josh and Allie.
