Win $1,000 using boxes, a video camera and YouTube
(Lansing, Mich.) -- TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® kicked off its “Bucks for Boxes” contest on YouTube Tuesday. And the winner earns a $1,000 gift card.
To win, contestants must create the second best use for moving boxes and put it on camera. And that can be anything – within reason.
The contest has three simple rules:
1. Projects must be no more than one minute in length.
2. Use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® boxes or plain boxes
3. Be nice and keep it PG.
The introduction video to the contest is currently on YouTube. It stars company president Brig Sorber and his brother Jon Sorber, Executive Vice President.
“I am reminded daily that businesses need to use every form of communication available to reach customers,’’ said Brig Sorber. “As a dad of three young adults, I know YouTube is it for young adults.”
YouTube is the third most visited Web site on the Internet, according to
www.Alexa.com. More than 17 percent of Internet users visit it daily, the Web information company reports.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is ever turning online to grow its business. It began selling boxes online in 2007. The moving franchise understands the tech savvy audience enjoys the convenience of boxes online and having them delivered to their home or office.
