I dreaded the whole moving experience SO much. I have to say that now, I have a entire new outlook on moving! The team you sent was WONDERFUL. Fred is awesome!!!!!! I cannot remember everyone's name, (sorry guys). I would recommend and use your services again and again. Fred was so professional, polite, and helpful. THANK YOU!

They were great-Jason R and Richard (think that was his name)! We were only moving like 200 yards from one apartment to another. They took the time to wrap our couch and all the other furniture. They also handled our big screen tv with extra care by putting it with them in the Truck's front seat! Very impressed with their care and taking direction. They arrived at 8:30 am and had us moved in to other place by 11:50 am. Granted we didn't have tons, we still filled a truck and they were quick! They had great attitudes and very personable. They deserve Mover's of the month from their staff in our opinion!

The customer service rep that booked my reservation was excellent!!! He called back with updated info and he went above and beyondhis duty to find a rate that fit my personal needs!! He also reassured me that my movers would be prompt and professional and they were!! I would use this service and and I have already referred it to my real esate agent and Military buddies!! I asked specifically for arrival at 7am; and planned my move and my day based on this quoted arrival time. The movers showed up after 830. The manager called at 730 saying "one" crew member called in sick; howver, we got 4 men/2trucks -- so not sure why one of the crews was not there yet? He said they'd be there by 8. I called at 815; and both my calls were ignored by the office. The crews showed up at 830 and 840; respectively.

I am very disappointed with the execution of this agreement. I had 15 people at my house waiting to unpack boxes at noon (the time the unload should have been completed if they would've shown up on time. This caused a lot of confusion and wasted time as not all parts were off the truck yet.

In short, everyone has reasons to request specific time frames. In our case, this house and move was a surprise for our three sons -- who were gone for the day; returning at 4pm. Had the movers been on-time; the kids would have walked into a house totally set-up and unpacked -- per the plan for our surprise. The hour and a half lost threw everything off. They say "word of mouth" is the fastest way to earn, and lose, business and customers. There were 15 people who witnessed a once-in-a-lifetime surprise to our family get destroyed because TM&T couldn't set their alarm clocks properly.

I am expecting some form of compensation for this gross negligence and huge inconvenience.

We were impressed by the speed, yet care, the movers took with our items. They also assisted us with things like assembling the bed frame that helped us get the job done sooner. Could not have been more happy with the experience.

These two guys were both exceptional...when I thought I had lost my cat, they went above and beyond the call of duty and tried to find my cat for me. They took good care of my stuff and were friendly and courteous.

I was told to leave clothing in dresser drawers and that the movers would shrink wrap them. As the movers where unloading the truck I noticed the drawers had not been shrink wrapped. Later that evening when assembling my bedroom suit I noticed one of the drawers was completely broken and can not be used. I also noticed a large scratch on my nightstand that was not there prior to the move.

Michael was very personable and conscientious, however, Tim was not. When Michael noted the mirror to my headboard was not in correctly, Tim commented, "It's too late now". I kindly requested it be done right, to which Tim said, "It's just going to cost you more time and money." When moving my custom made china cabinet Tim put it on it's side but it was too much weight for the doors, so they flew open and split the wood. (They had neglected to wrap the cabinet with plastic wrap.) Tim never apologized & simply said "we'll fill out a damage report". Communication was lacking. When they finished loading items they just got in their truck, but didn't tell me they were ready to proceed to my new residence. At the end of the move I wanted to look in the truck to make sure all of my belongings were out. Tim's truck window was rolled down maybe 2 inches. I knocked gently on his window & made my request. He never rolled down his window so I had to speak louder. He acted as if I was bothering him & he told Michael to let me in the back of the truck where I found one of my shirts that had apparently fallen out of a drawer.
The office staff was very courteous, however, I had called your company's Gulf Shores number to schedule my move. I assumed movers would be driving from Gulf Shores to Foley. It wasn't until the move was completed that I was told they had driven from Mobile & I had to pay $108./hr for their drive too. Customers need to know this information up front.

They broke 2 pieces of my furniture. They knew they were taking stuff to two different places and didn't consult with me on several pieces and took them to the wrong place and I had to borrow a van and hand truck to move luggage and three boxes back to the other location. The guys were fooling around on the truck in between trips to bring stuff into the apartment wasting time that I was charged for.

Josh and Andy were to be at our house at 9am and they showed up at 845 am and went right to work. The 2 men worked their takes off and didn't stop until our they were finished. They got done at 1130 am and instead of taking a lunch or a break they came right on to our new home and got right back to work. They helped me put stuff in the attic and very patient as we waited to see where my wife wanted things to be arranged! They were very careful and I felt like they liked their jobs, I cut up with the 2 of them and we felt comfortable knowing that Josh and Andy were the 2 guys y'all had sent. I would highly recommend either of these gentlemen and coming from a person in the retail business these 2 men could work for me anytime at my job. Thanks again and will recommend 2 men and a truck to everyone and especially Josh and Andy. Thanks again

Daniel and Jim were excellent. Their character was far beyond what we normally see in workers around the metro Atlanta area. They were helpful and polite. They took great care in the handleing of our property.Would use them again. Have already refered them to friends moving.

This is the third time we have moved with Two Men and a Truck, and the most diffcult of the 3 moves as the location was up a very steep driveway. Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communications between the movers and the office, and too large a truck was sent. However, the 3 movers, Kevin, Byran and Jason, were undaunted, and with much patience, got the truck up to the house. My only negative is that the cost of the truck and the hourly rate had gone up quite a bit since our move 6 months ago, and the office staff did not point this out. However, all things considered, it was another good experience with Two Men and a Truck.

Movers were very nice and personable; however, they were clearly tired from the 1st move they had that day. They did not wrap any of the furniture before putting on the trucks and because of that our new couch was ripped and the mattress were dirty. They knicked almost every wall they came across in my house and did not put mats down on my hard wood floors. They were quick and efficent but I felt as though it was just to get the stuff in the house. I had asked them to fit a few more items in for me because we were ahead of schedule and I was told they could only take the things on the list?? I've used many many movers over the years and I never had to have a 'list.' The list I gave dispatch was manily to get an idea of the big items for time and truck size. Overall the guys were super nice...they just seemed overwhelemed and unprofessional!! I need someone to come and look at my damaged couch...it is brand new. The reason I got movers in the first place was to avoid any issues like this.

Movers were over an hour late. The first set didn't pack the truck well so they were not able to move all of my things which caused the move to far exceed the time quoted. Overall not a great experience this time around.

The two gentlemen that moved our stuff were very professional. They got things done without breaking anything and made sure the rugs, floors were covered for protection. I would recommend these two men anytime.

A few things broke and as I am still unpacking there may be more.
However, the 2 movers were very sweet and polite. They worked very hard and it was a long day for them, so I bought them pizza because they were SO sweet.

The men were cordial and helpful, I wish however that I had pushed them a little harder as I felt that 2 of the 3 men were working but one who appeared to be knowledgable about how to best load, did not move much stuff. I was still satisfied overall though the price was higher than I felt it should have been.

I requested my movers to be Matt and Matt for my latest move, (sorry I do not know their last names), due to them doing an excellent job for me the last two times that I used them in the past few years. They are extremely friendly, professional, careful, and efficient! I never had to worry about any of my belongings being mishandled. I will highly recommend these two men to all of my friends and family who will moving in the future!!

I have moved several times in the last 20 years with the military and with my work. I have never had better movers! They were attentive to details, and they worked smoothly/swiftly. We used Two Men and A Truck for a small move out of an apartment into storage and then two weeks later moving those stored household goods in an interstate move. From the office staff to the move coordinator to the moving crew, everyone was professional, friendly and fast. We had the privilege of receiving the same crew moving us out of the apartment and then moving from storage to the new state. They handled everything with care. Everything was explained thoroughly and there were no surprises. I would not hesitate to refer your company to friends and I would certainly not hesitate to use you again. Thank you for taking some of the stres out of the move!
