Jeff, Larry, and Spencer were very patient and did a wonderful job of loading our stuff onto a moving truck. They got more packed into the truck than I could imagine and did it in a timely manner. Wonderful guys!!

I didn't realize there were be additional charges for "long hallways". I understand that long hallways add a lot of steps and can add to the overall time a job takes to complete. I believe our move was completed in the predicted 3 hours. I will use the company again, the 2 men were very helpful setting up bed frames and asking if we needed anything additional. They wrapped the furniture well and took away all the wrapping. Thank you.

I was anxious to use Two Men and a Truck because they are a local company and do a lot of advertising. However, I was disappointed in the move. I was told that it would take 3 men to move a safe, which I agreed to. Also was told that someone would come and look at a cart to see about loading it. No one came. It took a fourth man to bring another ramp (which I did not order) to load the cart and the safe. There was no sense of urgency to get the job done by these men, except for Eli who was excellent, since I was paying by the hour. One man spent a lot of time in the restroom both at my home and at the delivery location and upset the owner there because he plugged up the toilet. They were very slow moving and caused me compare them to the employees at Les Schwab who RUSH to get a job done.

The movers broke 3 items. Scraped up wood work in two areas. Needed to be told several times to bring items up from basement. Could not get all items on the truck and did not want to make a second trip. My husband had to hire someone else to finish the job. One mover had his pants dragging another had long hair hanging in his face. They only spoke when spoken to, not very personable. We are planning another move in the near future and I will look elsewhere.

I was disappointed that the guys didn't inform me that my Sleep Number mattress was not properly plugged causing it to lose air. It was flat by the time we got to the new house. Also, a small amount of damage to an antique piece of furniture that they failed to tell me about. Otherwise, they were fast, courteous and very accommodating.

Give Cedrick and Brandon a RAISE! These two gentlemen have customer service as their top priority. Tireless workers, helpful, patient, and willing to go the "extra mile" to make things convenient for the one being moved. You have a couple of exceptional employees here, and should do what all you can to make sure they stay with your company.

Ward and Bryant were two of three men who arrived at 9:00 a.m. and worked diligently in getting items moved and moved expeditiously. I appreciated their manners and sense of humor. Massay joined them after Sargent left. He was a good, yet, better addition to this team. (Sargent's affect led me to believe he did not want to be on this job. When he left, the energy improved). I had lots of tubs and boxes which warranted many trips. Ward nor Bryant complained. They instead were gracious and mannerable. When I move again, this is the team I'm requesting. Thank you, gentlemen. I apologize for the delayed response. I would be remissed to not compliment these gentlemen on a job well one. Keep lookin' up!

The three teams of men we hired from Two Men And A Truck were fabulous (packing day and two moving days). Each and every one of them were helpful and there to make our moves as easy as possible. Adam Burton was on the job both days of our move and was a calm and smiling face throughout, even in a particularly stressful situation. We couldn't rave more about the service. I wanted to emphasize how well the three men did with our move. They were friendly, courtieous, and worked very hard.

One of the movers (Donavan) found a knife that my son had lost several months ago while he was home on leave from the US Army before he deployed to Afghanistan. Donavan could have easily pocketed the knife and not said a word. The knife goes for over $100 new. But he brought it to me in order to show me that he had found it. I was shocked at such a display of honesty and integrity.

You should be very proud to have such hard working and honest people working for your company. I will use your service again and I can only hope to get the same crew.

Very unfortunate that one of your movers stole two pair of earrings (one were very costly diamonds and the other were cheap costume jewelery) that belonged to my wife during the move. We were moving back into our home that was destroyed by fire on 9/11/2012 after the rebuild and now have to file a theft claim with our home insurance because of the move on top of the claim for the total loss of our home due to fire. The owner of the franchise had us to file a police report which we did. I will NEVER use Two Men and a Truck again and will tell EVERYONE I know at EVERY opportunity that I have when the subject of movers comes up NOT to use your service either. I am extremely frustrated with this theft and that you have employees who are not screened for honesty and integrity or that you are not insured for such theft situations. I am hoping that we do not have our homeowners insurance cancelled because of these two claims within a calendar year.

The only quibble I had was one of the four guys occasionally had a box or other in one hand with his cell phone in the other. This resulted in less than acceptable control over the box, which brushed the wall and left marks on the paint. He was the only one of the four I observed doing this, and it seemed a little reckless. Most of the time, the care taken by the crew was exceptional. Thanks!

We were absolutely amazed at how smoothly our move went. It was complicated and disorganized on our end and the customer service person and movers took that mess and turned it into a stress-free, enjoyable experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, caring, and hard-working. We cannot say enough good things about your team!!! We are SO glad we used your company and will recommend you to everyone we know.

Also, I am very concerned about the cost of the move. I've never paid $540 for a move ever! I don't even have that much furniture. All I did was move my 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom...should not have taken more than 3 hours. When I called to set up my appointment I was very clear that power tools would be necessary to move my bed. And they showed up with NO tools at all. This caused additional time onto my move that I should not have been charged for. Having no tools at all not only extended the time it took to complete my move but now I have damages to my property. My bed is damaged and my new treadmill is scratched.I am very unhappy with my overall move.

We were well satisfied with the initial visit and the professional care on moving day. Moving is a challenge and Two Men really made the entire process easier. We are making a 2nd move in several months and will certainly use Two Men, as well as recommend the company to friends.

As with every other time I have used Two Men and A Truck, the service and professionalism from office staff and movers was fabulous. The woman in the office I worked with was a pleasure to speak with (I wish I could remember her name!), and the movers were professional and courteous. I will definitely use your services again the next time we move, and as always, I will recommend you to family and friends!

Brad and Tim did an excellent job and I would refer them to anyone looking for a mover. They were there on time, took excellent care of our furniture, moved quickly and were finished in the estimated time.

when it looked like my desk would not go up the stairs, the movers thought to remove the legs and reassemble it on the second floor. I am grateful that they made the effort to make my plans work. My request was to move furniture within my house so boxes were irrevelant.

I had to drive back to my house to pick up items that were left. I have several broken items. I have parts missing from kitchen items and furniture. Some of my hanging suits and coats were just stuffed in a box and will have to be cleaned.

While we were pleased overall with the service, I was disappointed that my family's heirloom bench became cracked and broken during the trip, along with our headboard for our master bed. I completely understand and am aware that things like this happen in transit, but wanted to make you aware. The guys who did the move were hard workers and gave it their all during loading and unloading. I will use your service again in the future, but if you have any suggestions for me that I could do to help prevent damage to our items in the future, I would welcome any advice! Thanks.

First day on job for one person and felt the actual "move" took a long time. This is our 13th move and know about what time frame we should be expecting. Was wondering why bed frames were not reassembled? Never had that happen. The two men actually carrying the furniture were exhausted and hard workers. Think we should have had a third person to lift and carry. Had tape around a painted cabinet....should train a new person about that. Very polite workers and very congenial.

The movers didn't put our bed back together correctly. We asked them to fix it and then after they left we noticed it still was not put back together correctly. The person who broke down the bed should have been the person who sets the bed back up.
Wall were dinged here and there (no damage). I was asked to point out my antiques, and I did. They were not handled with care. (i.e. with the dolly, with setting the pieces down gently). The microwave plate fell out of microwave and broke upon unloading the truck at the new home. The gentleman was carrying the microwave upside down with the door swinging open on the bottom side.

I had numerous issues with the services provided but my main complaint is that it too entirely too long for the movers to move only furniture. They moved quickly the first two hours but slowed down tremendously after that. It took 9 hours on what I had would have taken five if they had kept up the pace. They even told me it shouldn't take long and they were over estimating, after two hours they said they would be done loading the truck in a half hour which seemed reasonable based off what was left in the house and we were there another two and a half hours. Unloading was a huge issues as well. In the end it left us feeling like they are supposed to move slow and that's why it's done by the hour. We were compensated an hour and a half after multiple issues on the company's part. Not only would I not refer someone to use this company but I'd actually tell people NOT to use this company. This is the second negative experience I had. This time I feel ripped off, the first time was years ago and I gave it another chance. I regret that decision.

This is our third move in 8 months and we used your team. I do need to share that the first movers who put our things in a storage truck with Warehouse Options - packed things up and stacked them in such a way that an entertainment center was bowed and broken since it had many things stacked on top of it. One of the feet/legs on my master bedroom nightstand as broken off - it was new, and they didn't wrap or cover the black leather loveseat and it was a mess that took your two guy and me over 30 minutes to clean and scrub before taking into the house.

We were told on the day of the move that they "couldn't" go into our attic. We were not told this before and there are things in our attic that need to be moved. If this is true, this should be made clear prior to the day of the move.

You were hired by Liberty Safe & Coin in Cedar Rapids, IA to move a safe I purchased. This whole experience was a mess. The lack of organization on your part was poor. I didn't expect to have so many calls to schedule an appointment only to be challenged on my times. Additionally, we specifically had a representative do a walk through our home to make sure the large safe could be delivered in the basement. They said it could be but when they tried, it couldn't. Having someone knowledgeable on the move upfront would have saved a lot of time and frustration. Additionally, they damaged a door frame through the move.

Antonio, Ray and Shawn are extremely professional and polite. Not only do they take great care when moving items, they always smile and NEVER complain!! They did such a fantastic job the first time that I requested them again a second time. In fact, I hope that they are available anytime I need help moving. I can't imagine anyone representing your company with more professionalism than these three guys. Treat them well, because if they start their own business, they will be serious competition for you! :-)

My only complaint about Two Men and a Truck is that you need to have a "real" person answer the phone every time the phone rings. I've always had to call more than once to get in touch with a scheduler and my messages I've left are never acknowledged. On one occasion, I had to call one of your competitors and use their services because I couldn't get anyone to answer your phones or return my calls. You will probably increase your business tremendously by just answering your phone.

I was happy with the service from beginning to end. A stressful move was made much easier. Your staff from my first call to the last piece of furniture put in storage could not have been more professional and helpful.
I needed the services immediately in the busiest moving season of the year and Two Men And A Truck came through with flying colors.

The moving service itself was good, although the final cost was $400 higher than our quote. The movers that arrived were not aware that we had a storage unit that needed to be included or a piano, both of which I discussed with the office staff so I felt it could have been a little better level-set from the start in terms of what our expected cost and time would be. Other than anticipating higher costs than quoted, the experience was good. I would probably use this service again.

Showing up on time would be better than fifteen minutes after. I believe I was charged 30 mins more than worked. Parking was a problem. Crew was "used to" a smaller truck. Tilted furniture instead of picking the items up damaging several pieces. Large chair, couch, and chest of drawers.

I had used you for a prior move. You had records of what was moved but the same as the first time I used you the truck that was sent was too small. Your record should indicate if there was a problem with the size of the truck previously and a truck large enough should have been sent.
