"The two men you sent out to move us were both polite and respectful of all our family's possessions. I am so glad I chose your company over the other twelve I could have selected. We received exceptional service and will refer you to all of our friends."

An exhilarating thank you letter was sent to the marketing manager at Home Office in Lansing, Michigan. The managers from the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in West Palm Beach, Florida oversaw a move that left the customer impressed with the services. The thank you card read: All companies, especially those in the moving business, hold themselves out to be the best in the business. Of course, they are not. However, your company is.
We have just completed our move under the guidance of Jim and Shauna Bledsoe, who provided exemplary service in all ways.
We dreaded the day when their people would show up to begin our move. However, upon completion of our move, every promise was kept.
Because of the careful and professional packing, not one item was out of place or broken. Jim and Shauna's personal attention to detail was beyond our expectations.
Thank you for doing exactly what your company states it will do.

Customers Otto and Eva wrote a thank you letter to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The movers lived up to the Core Values during the interstate move and preserved the integrity of the customer's belongings.
"We were extremely pleased with all services rendered in our move from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Tyler, Texas. The two men who moved us appeared early in both locations, analyzed the situation, and began to work. They stayed on task until we were moved. They were polite and careful with our possessions. They even arrived in our apartment with three pieces of Styrofoam, approximately 6' by 10' wide, unbroken. How's that for gentle handling! We learned of your company through referral and will refer others to you."

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Pinellas County exceeded expectations and lived the Core Values during a business move. The customer was so satisfied, that he wrote a thank you letter two months after the move in response to a survey sent one day after the move. It reads:
"I haven't used this e-mail address for quite some time--I just realized that you sent me the survey after the move. I used your location in Palm Harbor to move cabinets for my business. I have to say that the movers they sent me were the most courteous and professional guys I have ever worked with. Thanks for all the help, I'll be calling again soon!"

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in North Fulton, Ga., received a thank you letter from a very satisfied customer. The North Fulton crew did an amazing job at living the Core Values and put the customer first. They set a great example for the moving industry. This is what the letter read:"I thought the service provided was exceptional from start to finish, including the schduling by Courtney and Pam, to the actualy move by Damon, Mark, and Levi. "I had TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® move me on October 1, 2011. It was the third time they moved me and I would not consider using anyone else. I, like many folks, have had horrible disasters with moving companies. You are the first to be dependable, professional, caring, and absolutely Olympian in your efforts to move me efficiently. The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Lakeshore, Mich., astounded a customer during a recent move. This person had moved to numerous locations in a very short period of time. After noticing how efficient and cautious the movers were, the customer referred the Greensboro location for a business move. "I can tell you that this has been second time I have used Two Men and a Truck and I was completely satisfied. Not only did the movers take extreme caution with my furniture, they were extremely courteous and friendly. I have had my fair share of experience with moving companies and I will not use anyone else. At this time, my company is looking for a moving company to partner with to move their employees. I have given them your information with an excellent reference."

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Greenville, N.C., performed an excellent move for a customer who had moved many times before, but never with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. A seasoned Army veteran was so impressed with the movers that he hand-wrote a thank you letter. This is what he wrote: "Friday 9 September 2011, Two Men and a Truck moved me from Wilson, NC to Greenville, NC. They were extremely professional, accommodating, skilled, and friendly. Our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Des Plaines, Illinois practices excellent customer care. Two movers, Billy and Derek, loaded the truck with great respect for personal belongings and concern for our customer's well-being. Unfortunately, a curio cabinet door was broken during this move. Management solved the problem by repairing and re-installing the cabinet door for the customer. Des Plaines set a great example of living the Core Values. Here is what the customer had to say: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about TMT. Billy and Derek moved furniture from my mom's to our house. They were so careful and considerate of emotional needs and making sure things were right. It was unfortunate that the last piece they were putting into place got caught in the protective wrapping they had put it in and one of the glass doors on the curio cabinet was broken. TMT took care of all repairs and sent Jamie to reinstall it. It's as good as new. Thank you Two Men and a Truck and thank you to Brian Stern for making sure things were taken care of.

Our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Orland Park, Illinois received a heartfelt letter from a recent customer who believed she had the best and most competent movers working for her; and perhaps she was right. The movers, Rob and Charles, battled against the August sun and smothering humidity. However, these unwanted elements of nature proved to be no match for these men. The blistering heat, coupled with extreme physical exertion, would make most men seek shade and shelter...but our movers knew that was an option they could not even consider, for the move had to get done on time. After a truly glorious display of mental and physical perseverance, Robert and Charles from Orland Park completed the move without looking back. As our stoic movers drove off into the sunset, the more-than-satisfied customer pledged to refer TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®to others in the community. Here is her testimony:
The two fellows, Rob and Charles, that moved me from Matteson to Manteno on August 31st were just superb. Their patience and attitudes surpassed my expectations. They certainly knew what they were doing, and I felt very comfortable with them. Both men were very cautious and careful with my furniture and I appreciated that so much. They deserve a "raise" and a pat on the back. Not an easy job, and it was so hot/humid that day, but not one complaint from them. I send my heartfelt thank you to them again, and to your fine company. I certainly will recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone of my friends that have moving needs.

Our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Dekalb County, Georgia took some shortcuts on a recent move...but not the bad kind. The driver, Quinton, helped a non-profit organization save time and money by taking back roads to avoid the 5 o'clock rush hour. It goes to show that pleasing the customer is our top priority. Excellent work! "The Decatur, GA office did a great job helping us plan and implement a
successful move.
Quinton & Noah were the "Two Men" and they worked diligently and quickly
to pack, load, transport, and unload all of our items.
We especially appreciated Quinton's "back road" knowledge so we did not
have to sit in 5 o'clock traffic on Atlanta highways which would have
exceeded our budget for this move.
I have personally used Two Men & a Truck for moves and had good
experiences which is why our non-profit organization used them for this
move.

Our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in St. Louis East, MO did a great job on a recent move. The movers treated the customer like a friend. It is amazing that a move--one of the most stressful times in someones life--can be a pleasant experience because of our movers. Great job St. Louis East. Our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Seminole, Florida exceed the expectations of a customer. The customer called at the last minute, and our workers in Seminole worked diligently and efficiently to make her move happen on time. Way to go Seminole!
This was by far the best example of EXCELLENT customer service I have seen in a long time! I had called Two Men and a Truck at the last minute and Nicole kindly worked me into their Saturday schedule. The three gentleman that came out to move the boxes and furniture were AWESOME! From Nicole to the three guys that came out I am 100% pleased with the service that they provided. They have exceeded my expectations by far! These four people that I had the pleasure of dealing with are the most professional, kind, and courteous people !

At the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Omaha, Nebraska, our movers offered more than just moving services; they helped a customer with unpacking and arranging furniture in her new apartment.
The two young men who moved my stuff were really terrific. I asked them if they had known each other before going to work for Two Men, because they seemed to get along so well. They said, "Other people ask us that too. Why do you think that?" I told them because they conversed so well and coordinated what they were doing and
kept it light and cheerful. They said, "No - that's just our way. It makes the work go better." It certainly did. Jorge and Jose (I am pretty sure he was Jose and not Jesus, but I could be wrong) were just the best. They took great care of my things, were complimentary about how it looked in the new apartment, made helpful suggestions on how to arrange the bedrooms to maximize the space, and just generally made what could have been a long and icky day into something not bad at all. Of course, they were doing the heavy lifting! They packed my PODS container, carefully explaining that I had to have blankets for them to be able to put anything in that could be damaged. They moved iron patio furniture around to the front of the house for my moving sale, and they moved other moving sale items to the garage for me. It couldn't have gone better.

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location at our Livingston/Shiawassee location moved a customer who knows our Founder, Mary Ellen Sheets. Just wanted to take a minute out to say THANK YOU for an outstanding job on moving us last week from our home of 35 years to our new place. The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Davie, FL received a thank you letter from a customer who learned the hard way about the invaluable services our movers provide. Dear Trudie:
Recently I called in for a quote to have your company move my family. I declined the offer and decided I knew best with the hired college help in place. Let me say first - that you are more than welcome to post this email anywhere you see necessary because it is a real testament that you pay for what you get.
The move was exhausting and took much longer than I had planned. I needed to take two days off work to complete the move because most of it I ended up doing myself. Part of the crew was prepared and the other half was not - that half I paid dearly for in many other ways. They tore my couch and broke a piece off my bookcase and my entertainment unit. I hired muscle not intelligence. In the end I paid more for the move by missing work, feeling exhausted, being overwhelmed and being inefficient with time, energy and money. The truck I "borrowed" was not big enough so I needed to "borrow" it the next day. Our inexperience led to wasted space on the truck as well.
I truly believe that your movers would have cut my time, energy spent and mental exhaustion in half - there is no price for that given that I run a household, am a MBA student full-time and work as well. For a few hundred dollars more this is an inexpensive price to pay.
Suffice to say I have learned my lesson on lost opportunity costs, I am calling you to schedule my next move in order to have the attention and professionalism that your "Two men and a truck" provide!

A very happy customer wrote a thank you letter to our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Columbia, SC . Two of our movers once again battled the heat while keeping a positive attitude. Here is what the customer had to say: Hi,
I called, but again I want to reiterate the excellent service of your company!! Randy and Robert moved us a couple of months ago and then again Friday......one of the hottest days of the year!!! They were appropriately good natured and hung in there in spite the horrid heat!!! They deserve a medal and a raise!!! Excellent!!!
